Mr. Raub has roots in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, where he excelled as a soccer player in high school. He also competed on a travel ice hockey team. After earning plumbing journeyman qualifications at Essex County West Caldwell Tech, he took a position as a service plumber with Delcor Heating Cooling and Plumbing. His commercial plumbing system work in this job primarily involved big-box retailers and chain restaurants.
